Personal Assistant & Marketing Intern

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, creative and well-organised intern to provide personal assistant and marketing support. This role offers hands-on exposure to personal branding, social media content creation, digital marketing and daily executive coordination.

Job Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Social Media

• Assist in planning, shooting and recording photos and videos for social media platforms.
• Accompany the employer for meetings, events and activities to capture content when required.
• Assist in editing short videos, preparing captions and writing social media content.
• Research content ideas, trending topics and creative approaches to improve online engagement.
• Assist in managing and updating social media platforms.

2. Personal Assistant & Schedule Coordination

• Assist in managing and reminding the employer of daily schedules, appointments and meetings.
• Coordinate and arrange appointments, meetings and other activities.
• Accompany the employer to selected business meetings, events or networking sessions when required.
• Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support.

3. Marketing & Personal Branding

• Assist in developing and executing personal branding and marketing activities.
• Brainstorm creative content ideas and marketing strategies.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, collaborations and promotional activities.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business or related fields.
• Interested in social media, content creation, digital marketing and personal branding.
• Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or Canva is an advantage.
• Good writing, communication and organisational skills.
• Creative, proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Comfortable appearing in or assisting with video shoots and attending external activities when required.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
