Our client’s project is a well-established brand in the Information Technology industry who is now looking for a passionate and driven Senior Fullstack Developer position. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance.

Work Location: KL, Malaysia

Job Type: Contract Role

Contract Duration: 8 months (Extendable contract)

Competencies and Skills:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science / engineering or equivalent

• 10 to 12 years of experience in enterprise software development

Job Specification:

• Technical/Functional skills

• Full stack development experience is highly regarded

• Good understanding of web and mobile front-end technologies

• Good understanding of digital banking UX

• Working experience with CI/CD tool chain

• Microservice and kubernetes experience will be added advantage

• Experience building digital banking or eCommerce apps

• Agile project experience

• Strong experience in DevOps tools

• Experience with the followings (Angular 2+, TypeScript, iOS SDK,

• Andriod SDK, HTML 5, CSS, MFP knowledge is advantage)

• Hands on experience on Java/J2EE, web services, RESTFul API, JSON

• Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership])

• Self-starter and motivated with ability to work in a fast paced Rapid Application Development environment. Ability to handle multiple development tasks and assignments simultaneously

• Skilled in communicating complex information with business and technical stakeholders as appropriate

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

• Result-focused with critical and strategic viewpoints

Key Responsibilities:

• Will be part of a strong development team focussing on development of critical services

• Should be able to mentor and provide guidance to junior developers

• Embrace DevOps culture and implement automation for applications.

• Provide technical leadership and expertise for design, implementation, and quality release

• Develop reliable services from user interface to DB backend

• Propose changes to the deployment architecture to improve performance, scalability, and manageability

• Ensure quality decision made in review and analysis of the tools from 3rd party vendors
