Job Summary
Partner with Vibrant Employment as a Freelance Employment Agent to independently manage the end-to-end placement of domestic helpers, leveraging your sector expertise to match helpers with employers and coordinate compliance processes.
Responsibilities
Match employers with domestic helpers based on specific household needs such as infant care, elderly care, and cooking profiles
Manage clear and consistent communication with employers to ensure a smooth and transparent placement process
Coordinate with agency backend teams to facilitate Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work permit applications, security bonds, and insurance arrangements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) qualification
Proven experience in domestic helper deployment and knowledge of MOM regulations
Strong relationship-building skills and empathy to effectively manage employer-helper interactions
