Full Time Senior Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Career Horizons WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

5 years of Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management experience, preferably within the Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Design & Build industry.

Strong knowledge of contract administration, project costing, budgeting, and commercial management.

Experience managing project tender submissions, procurement, claims, and final accounts.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD/CAD software.

Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and lead a small team effectively.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Lead project tendering, costing, bill of quantities (BQ) preparation, and commercial evaluations.

Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.

Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations to secure competitive commercial outcomes.

Administer contracts, progress claims, variations, VO claims, additional works, and final accounts.

Provide guidance and leadership to junior QS team members, ensuring quality and timely project delivery.

Identify commercial risks and opportunities while supporting overall business performance.
