Join Absolute Kinetics Consultancy (AKC) and be part of our growing team. We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Content & Communications Executive to create engaging content, manage our online channels and help us connect with more clients and learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content on AKC's online channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, Xiaohongshu and the company website
• Write and design posts, announcements and promotional content for courses and company updates
• Produce visuals, short videos and e-flyers using tools such as Canva
• Prepare and send course updates and promotions through email and EDM
• Keep the website, course listings and online materials accurate and up to date
• Reply to online messages and enquiries and pass leads to the relevant teams
• Track post performance and engagement, and share regular updates with the team
• Keep AKC's tone, look and messaging consistent across all channels
• Support company events, campaigns and promotions
• Assist with other communications and administrative duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with a good eye for detail
• Creative, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
• Familiar with social media platforms
• Experience with design or video tools such as Canva would be an advantage
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
