Full Time Associate Director, Mergers - Acquisitions Jobs, in CIMB Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and support the execution of M&As for clients and potential clients of CIMB.
• Conduct industry, public market and precedent transaction research and analysis to support transactions and to identify opportunities.
• Perform comprehensive corporate finance, credit and valuation analysis, including detailed financial modelling.
• Prepare detailed pitch books for marketing purposes and revert to request for proposals.
• Plan and assist with the due diligence process for transactions.
• Manage projects, including liaising and coordinating efforts with other departments, advisors and clients.
• Coach and train junior team members.
