Responsibilities
We are partnering with a leading grid infrastructure player in a search for a
Senior Sales Engineer (Power)
to grow commercial activity across APAC, with a strong focus on power and pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Sell the company's solutions across several industry verticals, with the main emphasis on power and pipeline, working alongside the local team.
Build and sustain a healthy pipeline of opportunities that supports business growth across the APAC region.
Chase open proposals and support customers through bid qualification, technical clarifications and the documentation that bids require.
Present the solutions accurately in client meetings, and work with clients and consultants to pin down their technical and commercial requirements.
Represent the brand and its solutions to key stakeholders, keeping them up to date on new products and offerings.
Keep CRM records current and accurate.
Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Managers, drawing on them for technical and commercial guidance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in electrical engineering, IT or business, with strong technical aptitude.
Minimum of 5 years in sales and/or business development in B2B environments selling explainable technologies.
Understanding of the power, pipeline & grid infrastructure market is advantageous.
Willingness to travel regionally within APAC
High integrity and professionalism, with the ability to build trust among customers, consultants and contractors.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a rapidly moving environment.
Excellent communication, multitasking and organisational skills.
