SEAFOOD PRODUCTION OPERATOR UP TO $2,600!

Flexible Work Schedule:

3–6 working days per week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a 60-minute meal break.

Job Description:

• Identify the various seafood species, parts and sizes for processing and packaging
• Operate machinery and equipment for tasks such as slicing, portioning, and packaging of seafood products
• Perform manual tasks such as weighing, cutting, pin-boning, deshelling, plating and bagging of seafood
• Sorting and packing of products based on customer orders
• Labelling of products for important information such as date of production, nett weight, country of origin, etc.
• Identify and address any issues related to quality to team leads
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the processing area
• Participate in regular safety training sessions and contribute to maintaining a culture of safety awareness

Job Requirements:

• Able to work in a cold and wet environment
• Physically able to lift to 25kg frequently
• No known seafood allergies (required for product handling)
• Requires physical endurance for extended periods of standing
• Basic literacy and communication skills in English
• Positive, proactive attitude towards learning and teamwork
• High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
