Travel Planning for Customers

• Design suitable Japan itineraries based on customer needs

• Recommend attractions, restaurants, and experiences

Communicate with customers to understand their requirements (we have SOPs and templates for learning)

Customer Communication (Focus: High Emotional Intelligence)

• Answer questions professionally

• Explain plans in a gentle but clear manner

• Keep the situation calm when customers are upset

• Handle complaints or misunderstandings using scripts to soothe and resolve issues (we will teach you “high EQ customer service scripts”; beginners can learn)

Basic Administrative Tasks

• Organize documents

• Verify files before departure
