• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events, to expand the company's client base.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Effectively present and demonstrate company products and services to prospective customers, highlighting key features and benefits.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.

• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements that secure sales.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through persistent effort and strategic planning.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
