Full Time Logistics Manager Jobs, in Pet Lovers Centre Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible in overseeing, managing and ensuring warehousing and distribution operations are in place and comply with policies and standard operation procedures.
• To ensure the accurancy of the warehouse stocks.
• Support and coordinate with various stakeholders such as Retail Operations team, Supplier Management team, Home Delivery team, and any external parties such as freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure inbound flow (from order processing to goods receipt) is timely and accurate.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Logistics / Warehouse Management.
• Excellent knowledge in different functional areas of transportation, warehouse, distribution, inventory & management planning etc.
• Proven ability to operationalize warehouse and internal logistics strategy to ensure day to day warehouse performance is consistently maintained and effectively integrated the ability to proactively and efficiently scale operations in line with business needs.
• Ability to operate and prioritise in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• High adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business environment.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and excellent command and control on the floor.
