About the Role
Responsible for supervising daily construction site operations, coordinating workers and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. Experienced in managing site activities, resolving construction issues, preparing reports, and supporting the successful completion of projects according to schedule and specifications.

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for supervising and managing the ongoing construction of 134 units of single-storey terrace houses.

· Monitor daily site progress and ensure construction activities are completed according to project schedules and specifications.

· Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

· Perform quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets project requirements and industry standards.

· Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, approved drawings, and quality standards.

· Identify site issues, provide solutions, and report progress or delays to the Project Manager.

· Manage and monitor finishing works such as plastering, painting, tiling, doors, windows, and other architectural components.

· Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports, site records, and documentation.

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams during inspections and site meetings.

Job Requirements

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably in landed residential or large-scale housing projects.

· Experience managing residential development projects, including terrace houses, single-storey houses, or similar building works.

· Able to supervise and coordinate subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and daily site activities.

· Strong knowledge of construction processes, building works, finishing works, and external works.

· Able to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

· Experienced in monitoring site progress, quality control, and ensuring work completion according to timeline.

· Good communication and coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and clients.

· Willing to work on-site and manage ongoing construction activities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
