Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages according to established recipes and SOPs.

Must be able to perform basic latte art and consistently prepare well-presented coffee beverages.

Provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, answering questions about menu items, and addressing customer concerns with a positive attitude.

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order taking and cash handling, ensuring accuracy in transactions.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth café operations, assisting with food preparation, stocking, and cleaning as needed.

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing effectively to meet customer demands and operational needs.

Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and colleagues in English.
