About the Role:
As an HR Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing HR & administrative support. This is a
hybrid work arrangement
, offering you the flexibility to work both remotely and from our office in Orchard Road.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Support HR and finance departments with ad-hoc tasks.
Posting job openings on job portals
Screen job applicants
Prepare resumes
Manage social media channels as needed, develop recruitment and employer-branding content, and support digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract healthcare professionals.
Other ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in administrative roles / HR roles
Able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in managing socials channels
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
