About the role

As our Marketing Executive, you'll play an important role in bringing Pickle Padel Movement to life across digital channels, events and the wider community. You'll work closely with the team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, create engaging content, grow our social media presence and support events and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, digital and offline channels
• Manage and grow our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Develop engaging content including social posts, short-form videos, stories, EDMs and promotional materials
• Work with designers, creators and external partners to produce marketing assets
• Support the planning and execution of tournaments, community events, activations and promotions
• Develop partnerships with brands, influencers, communities and relevant businesses
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
• Manage marketing calendars, campaigns and promotional activities
• Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives
• Stay up to date with social media trends, content formats and developments within the sports, fitness and lifestyle space

About you

• 1–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, communications or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Creative eye with an ability to develop engaging content and campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable preparing presentations, reports, marketing proposals and documents
• Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar tools is a plus
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proactive, independent and willing to take ownership of tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
