Job Description

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification or higher

  • Candidates with administrative experience will have an added advantage

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese, or Bahasa Malaysia is required

  • Computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

  • A good team player who is also able to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Handle and input delivery notes, invoices, receipts, reports, and statements

  • Coordinate packing and dispatch arrangements for outgoing shipments

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding bills

  • Manage company documents and records, including scanning, copying, filing, and organizing

  • Handle general email correspondence

  • Involve in e-commerce order processing and documentation

  • Draft memos, correspondence, letters, and internal announcements

  • Process and file staff claims

  • Ensure adequate stock of stationery and pantry supplies

  • Provide support to department heads with daily operational tasks

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors
