Join QicoBay at Jewel Changi Airport and help customers discover our products through friendly service and engaging demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
QicoBay is a California-founded oral care brand creating smart, stylish and sustainable products designed to make everyday oral care easier and more enjoyable. Inspired by innovation, thoughtful design and concern for plastic waste, we develop reusable and refillable oral-care solutions that combine functionality with a modern lifestyle aesthetic.
Our products are available in Japan, Singapore and other international markets, and we continue to grow our retail presence. In Singapore, our team introduces QicoBay products to customers at Jewel Changi Airport through engaging demonstrations, friendly service and personalised recommendations.

We aim to build an energetic, supportive team where people can develop practical experience in retail sales, product presentation and customer engagement while helping bring better-designed, more sustainable oral-care solutions to customers around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and introduce QicoBay products
- Conduct clear and engaging product demonstrations
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately
- Replenish, organise and maintain merchandise displays
- Keep the retail area clean, tidy and presentable
- Support day-to-day store operations as required
- Friendly, confident and customer-focused
- Comfortable speaking with customers and demonstrating products
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
- Able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Fresh graduates and university students are welcome to apply
- Retail experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Location: QicoBay, Jewel Changi Airport, Level 4
