Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any related field.

Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of stock control and inventory procedures.

Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Willing to perform physical work when required.

Receive, check, and record incoming goods and materials.

Organise and maintain stock in the warehouse.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability.

Prepare and issue materials according to requests.

Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

Check goods for quantity, quality, and damage upon receipt.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding stock matters.

Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and properly organised.
