Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Photography, Videography, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, photography, or videography.

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, home furnishing, bedding, furniture, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).

• Strong knowledge of photography composition, lighting, and product styling (where applicable)

• Basic understanding of colour correction, image retouching, and video editing.

• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

• Create eye-catching graphics for social media, marketing materials, and campaigns for both digital and print platforms.

• Design branding assets such as logos, promotional banners, social media creatives, website graphics, EDMs, brochures, catalogues, and POSM materials.

• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines

• Develop attractive product listings and infographics for e-commerce platforms.

• Ensure all artwork follows company branding guidelines.

• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors when required.

• Add advantage with knowledge of Auto-Cad / 3D Max

Photography

• Plan and execute professional product photography for bed linen, comforters, pillows, mattresses, and home furnishing products.

• Arrange product styling and room setups to highlight product features and lifestyle appeal.

• Edit and retouch photos for use in marketing campaigns, catalogues, websites, and marketplaces.

• Maintain a library of high-quality product and lifestyle images.

Videography and Editing

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content

• Produce videos for social media, ads, and promotional campaigns

• Handle post-production including color grading, sound editing, and motion graphic

Brand & Marketing Support

• Work closely with the Merchandising, Marketing and Sales teams to develop creative campaign concepts.

• Participate in seasonal campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, photography techniques, video styles, and social media content trends.

• Manage and maintain photography, videography, and lighting equipment.
