Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Must be organized and detailed oriented
- Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Compile data, reports, and other administrative tasks
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer the questions
