Requirements
- Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualification in any relevant fields.
- Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- With 2 - 3 years experience in Manufacturing production line
- With racking experience will be an added advantages
- Willing to work overtime
Responsibilities
- To coordinate and supervise the activities of technicians and operators.
- Organizing and planning the daily work with regard to plans, economy, staff and environment;
- Responsible for production operations, general upkeep and etc.
- Ensure production runs smoothly according to schedule plan and meets the production schedule.
- Provided technical support to subordinate when required.
- To monitor and implement safety and health policy and procedures at workplace
- To monitor and maintain good 5's practice at workplace
- Provided training and guidance to subordinate.
