Requirements
- Fluent in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Above 3 years of working experience in Sales/ Marketing Division of a Property Developer, or Property sales agency.
- Performer in closing sales, and handling the entire sales transactions.
- Experience in social media marketing, basic advertisement and graphic design will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Sales of Company project properties (residential, industrial, commercial)
- Handling sales procedure (liaise with bank, legal offices, and relevant submission)
- Marketing Planning (Social Media and Traditional Media)
- Report directly with Department Manager.
