Requirements
- At least 1-year of prior customer care support experience or any industry-related experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS. Office and Office 365.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Ability to plan and keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Extremely well organised, independent, goal-oriented and love challenges.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and speaking skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with customers to provide value-added services.
- Resolve all customer issues effectively by selecting optimal and cost-effective methods.
- Assist all customer inquiries through phone calls and emails in compliance with company policies and SOP.
- Follow up, monitor & analyse all customers calls, problems and select optimal solution for customers.
- Maintain relevant technical knowledge and keep customers informed.
