Requirements
- At least 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Preferably with knowledge of handling payroll and well versed with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor overall HR discipline, appraisal, government and etc matter.
- Oversee the general office space, to ensure everything is well in order, and the team is working in an optimal and safe environment.
- To handle all government statutory requests and follow up.
- To attend to staff misconduct, disciplinary issue.
- To attend to the Labour office, perkeso for any cases to follow up as at when required.
- To plan and organize staff training and events.
- Issuance all type of HR letters i.e. confirmation of employment, warning letter, acceptant of resignation and so on.
- To keep track on government relevant department announcement to ensure update or apply in the company.
- To assist other task assign form time to time.
