Requirements
Skills and Experience
- Degree in related field
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in food industry
- Good technical knowledge of food manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated financial acumen including planning and cost control capabilities.
- Experienced in supply chain, demand & forecast planning.
- Strong people management skills
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking customers and business associates)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall achievement of revenue target and P&L
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintain a productive, cost-effective, safe and legal workplace.
- Drive the implementation and ensure compliance of all quality, safety and operational procedures in the business.
- Oversee operation, quality control, supply chain and act as facilitator across the various functions.
- Provide leadership to a team of staff and develop their strengths, skills and knowledge effectively.
