Requirements
- Must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Hokkien will be added advantage.
- Must be willing to work at Ayer Hitam, Johor.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, supervise and execute construction activities, inspect and control quality of construction before deliveries.
- Monitoring site progress, implement day to day activities report and prepare site report regularly.
- Report any discrepancies or delay in works and follow-up procedures.
- Ensure smooth operations and supervisory works at project site.
- Carry out site inspection from time to time.
- Arrange regular meeting with worker or sub-contractor to match targeted schedule and resolve site matter.
- Attend all project site meeting as well as technical meeting with clients or consultant.
- Liaison with sub-contractors to ensure all IT out works are carried accordingly to drawing.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
