Responsibilities
- Proactively Seek Potential Clients and Establish Strong Customer Relationships
- Assist clients in finding real estate properties that meet their needs.
- Understand client requirements and provide professional real estate consultation and advice.
- Identify and arrange property viewings for buyers/renters and facilitate sales transactions.
- Coordinate real estate transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Negotiate prices, draft contracts, and engage in transaction negotiations.
- Prepare and approve purchase agreements, lease contracts, and related documents.
- Ensure smooth progress of transactions, assisting clients throughout the entire buying or selling process.
- Demonstrate self-discipline and maintain efficient work and study habits.
- Attend the company's weekly meetings.
- Actively participate in team projects.
