Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Effective communication Abilities (In accordance with the language requirements of the project).
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.
- SPM graduates with an interest are welcome to apply - Comprehensive training will be provided.
- Candidate are required to work on rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night)
Responsibilities
You will play an important role in:
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company’s products
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
