Requirements
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Autocount accounting system
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Welcome fresh graduate
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
- Available to work 5.5 days/week
- Pleasant personality with good work ethics
Responsibilities
- Write and distribute emails
- Maintain filing system as set by management
- Follow up on overdue payments and support the operation and sales team.
- Follow up on orders by customers
- Answer customers enquiry
- Resolve administrative issues
