Requirements
- Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages especially Mandarin preferred.
- Have experience, education or interest in property management
- Open to communicate with various parties including subcontractors, suppliers, property owners, tenants, repairmen. They may be of various nationalities and speak different languages.
- Have good attitude to resolve problems, communicate issues and manage expectations.
- We are open to hire fresh graduates who are looking for an opportunity to learn and gain experience in a competitive environment
Responsibilities
- Manage the following:
- Tenant/ landlord queries and communication
- Manage property furnishing/ renovation/ design
- Manage property repairs
- Manage the building manager including communication, statement collection and other news/ happenings within the building
- Manage property agents who are doing rental/ sales and update on any owner/ tenant preferences/ communication
- Maintain good documentation storage (softcopy and hardcopy)
