Responsibilities
Summary:
$15 per hour
Location: Islandwide (Locations to choose from)
Attire: Full Black
Working days: 5 - 5.5 days
Responsibilities:
Customer Management: Manage customer registration, queue issuance, and appointment support
Verification: Verify and process customer documents
Administrative Support: Assist with form completion
Financial/Reporting: Support end-of-day transaction submission
Technical Assistance: Provide assistance with SingPass services
Sales Portal: Guide customers on the use
Frontline Support: Handle general customer enquiries
