What The Role Is

To assist Ops-Tech and Systems in the development or exploration of new tools for operations-technology integration

What You Will Be Working On

The intern will work on 1 - 2 technology evaluation projects.

The intern will also be given opportunities to:

• Have hands-on experience in technology assessment, technical solution development and stakeholder engagement
• Conduct assessment of tools and platforms that align with operational requirements.
• Identify technical solutions that can address specific operational pain points or streamline processes.
• Present their proposals at key management meetings
  
  

Key Learning Outcomes/Exposure

• Understanding of operational workflows and user requirements through a technology-first approach to problem solving.
• Gain practical experience in stakeholder management
• Translating operational challenges into technical requirements and solution specifications.
• Evaluating and recommending technology solutions for stakeholders
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Experience or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), including Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Candidates should be comfortable exploring emerging AI technologies and identifying practical use cases to improve productivity, service delivery, and business outcomes
• Understanding of system integration concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills to work with various users and stakeholders
• Good self-management skills, including an ability to be self-directed to meet project deadlines
  
  

Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months (Nov/Dec 2026 - Mar 2027 or Jan - May/Jun 2027)
