Full Time Sales Administrator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Pure Color Tee Selangor - Maukerja

• Must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field of study

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace

• Willing to learn, passionate, and pleasant personality

• Prefer candidates with own transport, but it is not compulsory

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

• Sunday: Off

• Handle customers' incoming calls and enquiries

• Process customers' orders and ensure goods are delivered on time

• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers

• Prepare quotations, confirmation orders, Delivery Orders, invoices, and other relevant documents

• Communicate with customers and provide support on their enquiries

• Ensure sales and administrative documents are properly prepared and maintained
