Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
Identify and secure new corporate accounts, large group bookings, and high-value catering contracts.
Develop strategies to increase daily walk-in traffic and off-peak sales.
Track sales targets, analyze customer data, and report performance metrics to senior management. [1, 2]
Partnerships & Marketing
Build partnerships with local hotels, event organizers, and delivery platforms.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal menus, and VIP guest experiences with the marketing team.
Represent the restaurant at local networking events and food expos. [1, 2, 3]
Operations & Cross-Functional Support
Work with the head chef and restaurant managers to ensure smooth execution of large events and catering orders.
Share customer feedback and market trends with internal teams to improve menu offerings and service standards
