Willingness to learn and master the art of tea preparation, including brewing techniques, ingredient knowledge, and presentation standards.

Possess a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Availability to work part-time shifts, including weekends and potentially some evenings, as per the operational needs of our tea bar.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as lifting and carrying supplies (e.g., tea leaves, milk crates) up to 10-15 lbs.

Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality tea beverages according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and customer satisfaction.

Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders accurately, answering questions about the menu, and making recommendations.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including brewing stations, countertops, customer seating areas, and restrooms, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Operate cash registers and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, managing opening and closing procedures for the till.

Restock inventory, including tea leaves, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies, monitoring stock levels and communicating needs to management.

Assist with basic food preparation, such as toasting bread or preparing simple snacks, as needed.

Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with colleagues, supporting shift changes, and assisting with various operational tasks.
