Full Time Finance & Tax Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Xunfa Tech Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.

Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax filing, and audit processes.

Familiar with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.

Experience in liaising with tax agents, auditors, banks, and other external parties.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.

Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Able to work independently, meet reporting deadlines, and manage multiple financial priorities.

Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

Review Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, General Ledger entries, and supporting schedules.

Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheet reports.

Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and documentation.

Liaise with tax agents on tax filing, tax queries, and the submission of relevant supporting documents.

Coordinate with external auditors and prepare documents, schedules, and explanations required for audit purposes.

Monitor cash flow, outstanding receivables, payables, and other financial commitments.

Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and relevant financial requirements.

Support management with financial analysis, reporting, and other finance-related matters.

Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by management.
