Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
• Ensure construction work meets approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, manpower, materials and progress.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure the site is kept clean, organized, and safe.
