Senior Activities - Engagement Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Johnson Residence Selangor - Maukerja

Key responsibilities

1/ Programme planning and coordination

Develop weekly and monthly activity calendars, including music, arts and crafts, gardening, games, light exercise, celebrations, themed days, outings and other activities.

2/ Senior engagement and facilitation

Lead group activities, initiate conversations, encourage participation, build friendships and ensure quieter or less confident seniors are included.

3/ Person-centred enrichment

Adapt activities to seniors' interests, cultural backgrounds, functional abilities and cognitive needs, including those living with dementia.

4/ Events and partnerships

Organise birthday celebrations, festive events, family participation days, visiting performers, volunteers, school visits and community partnerships.

5/ Continuous improvement

Evaluate which activities seniors enjoy, introduce new ideas, manage materials and budgets, and improve the programme based on feedback.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
