Full Time Manager, Digital - Creative Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in BzBee Consult Selangor - Maukerja

• Responsible for supporting the Director of Sales and Marketing in the development and execution of the company's marketing initiatives, including strategic planning, campaign management, and implementation across digital marketing, social media, and creative design platforms.
• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and brand positioning.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing.
• Develop and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign calendars to ensure effective resource allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Oversee social media strategy, content planning, community engagement, and campaign execution across all platforms.
• Drive website development and optimisation initiatives to enhance user experience, traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
