Responsibilities
Batch operations: Scheduling, execution, monitoring and recovery of batch jobs.
Scheduling tools: Control-M, AutoSys, IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (IWS), TWS or equivalent.
Incident management: Troubleshooting failed jobs, dependency issues, missed schedules and batch delays.
Leadership: Shift scheduling, workload allocation, team supervision and escalation management.
Automation: Scripting, automated recovery and SOAR familiarity.
