Deputy Manager (Compensation & Benefits)

Job Description:

• Assessing the organization’s pay structure
• Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys
• Evaluating compensation policies
• Administering the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.)
• Research and analyzing benefits plans, programs, and policies
• Making recommendations based on data analyses
• Monitoring government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent
• 3 years or more working experience in Compensation & Benefits
• Working experience in a large organisation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
