Job Responsibilities / Tanggungjawab

• Perform fibre optic fusion splicing, termination, OTDR testing and fault troubleshooting.
• Supervise and lead site crews, including foreign workers, for cable pulling, installation and civil works.
• Manage daily manpower, work progress, tools, materials and site reporting.
• Ensure strict safety compliance and authorised access at TNB PMU / electrical substations.
• Attend nationwide breakdowns, emergency fibre restoration and maintenance dockets.
• Drive the company's 2-tonne lorry for project materials, equipment and site logistics.
• Travel nationwide and stay in company-provided team accommodation.

Requirements / Kelayakan

• Minimum 2 years' fibre optic splicing experience preferred.
• Able to perform splicing, termination and OTDR testing independently.
• Valid GDL and suitable driving licence for a 2-tonne lorry.
• Able to supervise and coordinate foreign workers.
• Experience working in TNB PMU / substations is an advantage.
• Responsible, safety-conscious and able to lead a team independently.
• Willing to work outstation nationwide and respond to assigned breakdown call-outs.

Kami mencari Penyelia Tapak Fiber Optik yang berpengalaman dalam kerja splicing, termination, OTDR testing dan pembaikan kerosakan kabel fiber.

Calon perlu:

• Boleh mengetuai dan menyelia pasukan pekerja termasuk pekerja asing.
• Mempunyai lesen GDL dan boleh memandu lori syarikat 2 tan.
• Memahami serta mematuhi peraturan keselamatan dan akses ke kawasan PMU / pencawang elektrik TNB.
• Bersedia untuk tugasan breakdown, penyelenggaraan dan pembaikan fiber di seluruh Malaysia.
• Sanggup bekerja luar kawasan dan tinggal bersama pasukan di penginapan yang disediakan syarikat.

Gaji Asas: RM2,800 – RM3,500
Elaun Memandu Lori: Tambahan
Penginapan: Disediakan oleh syarikat

Calon yang mempunyai pengalaman kerja fiber optik, boleh mengetuai pasukan dan mempunyai lesen GDL digalakkan memohon.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
