About the role

We are a leading player in the construction sector, delivering projects that shape communities and drive sustainable growth. As we expand, we are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to strengthen our finance & accounting team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Manage project‑based financial planning, cash flow, and cost control specific to construction activities.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes; ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
• Develop and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures aligned with construction industry standards.
• Partner with project managers to track costs, margins, and profitability across multiple projects.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision‑making and long‑term planning.
• Mentor and guide finance team members to build capability and efficiency.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CA) preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in the construction industry, with strong expertise in construction accounting.
• Solid knowledge of project costing, revenue recognition, construction‑specific financial practices and work-in-progress accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to collaborate across departments.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
