Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in the property industry. This internship provides an opportunity to learn about property marketing, customer communication, sales support, and social media promotion through hands-on tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in promoting and introducing property projects to potential customers.
• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication platforms.
• Understand customer preferences and assist in suggesting suitable property projects.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Assist in coordinating property viewings and show-unit appointments.
• Support customers during property visits when required.
• Visit project sites to take photos and videos for marketing content.
• Assist in creating and preparing simple content for social media and online advertising.
• Support the sales team with daily marketing and customer-related tasks.
• Participate in property events, promotional activities, and team activities when required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Internship is required as part of your academic programme or graduation requirement.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
• Willing to learn and develop skills in sales, marketing, and the property industry.
• Responsible, organised, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
• No prior property experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided.
