Our client is a leading Singapore listed property and hospitality group. They are looking for a Corporate Secretariat Executive to assist their Legal team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Town – easily accessible.

Duties

• Prepare, review and circulate corporate secretarial documents, including board/shareholder resolutions, minutes, constitutions and related documents.
• Manage corporate actions and statutory records, including incorporations, share transfers/allotments, changes in officers, capital changes and striking-off/winding-up matters.
• Prepare and lodge ACRA and other statutory filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and updates.
• Coordinate Board, Committee, AGM and EGM meetings, including meeting logistics and documentation.
• Support the Corporate Secretariat and Legal team while liaising with Management, auditors, share registrars, registered agents and other external parties.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in relevant field
• With 2-4 years relevant experience in a corporate secretarial firm, law firm or public listed company
• Knowledgeable in ACRA filing and Docusign will be added advantages
