Responsibilities
Job descriptions
- Coordinate M&E works subcontractors
- Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, and method statements
- Ensure integration between M&E and civil/architectural works
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical clashes
- Monitor daily M&E installation activities on site
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications
- Identify and rectify site issues, delays, and defects
- Track progress against schedule
- Ensure compliance with local authorities (BOMBA, TNB, DOSH, MOH requirements)
- Conduct inspections and ensure QA/QC procedures are followed
- Ensure materials and equipment meet specifications and approvals
- Liaise with authorities
- Coordinate with suppliers for equipment delivery and installation
- Support project manager in meeting deadlines and cost target
- Prepare reports, inspections and material submittals
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in M&E coordination
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Location Site: Kuala Nerus
Working Hours:
Sunday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Friday: Off Day
Salary range
RM2,500 – RM4,500
Expected start date: Immediate / earliest availability.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
