Full Time Health & Safety Administrator (Green Book Certified) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Teleperformance Malaysia WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health, or a related field.

Valid Green Book certification as a registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH/JKKP is required.

Previous experience in health and safety administration, HSE coordination, or a related role.

Good knowledge of Malaysian occupational safety and health regulations.

Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Maintain and update Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) documentation, records, and reports.

Ensure workplace safety procedures comply with applicable Malaysian occupational health and safety regulations.

Coordinate workplace safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

Assist in implementing and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and preventive measures.

Maintain records of workplace incidents, accidents, investigations, and corrective actions.

Coordinate safety briefings, training sessions, and awareness programs for employees.

Monitor compliance with safety requirements and follow up on outstanding corrective actions.

Prepare regular HSE reports and maintain accurate documentation for internal and external audits.

Liaise with relevant departments, contractors, and regulatory authorities on safety-related matters.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
