Full Time Product Sustainability Analyst (Contract) Jobs, in Hilti Group Selangor - Maukerja

As a Product Sustainability Analyst, you will turn product sustainability data into clear, customer-ready insights while owning and continuously improving the Power App used to do so. Combining sustainability expertise and low-code application development, you will directly support customers’ need to understand the environmental impact of their Hilti products. Unlike roles limited to system administration, this position offers end-to-end ownership, cross-functional collaboration and the opportunity to quickly translate ideas into solutions.

What You'll do

You will focus on three areas: delivering product sustainability data, developing Hilti’s award-winning Product Impact Analyzer (PIA) Power App, and supporting its users. You will use PIA to provide CO₂ information for colleagues and customers, while taking ownership of its day-to-day maintenance, user support and planned upgrades. Working with Hilti’s global community of sustainability experts, you will turn colleagues' feedback and changing customer requirements into improvements to the app and the service it enables.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Environmental Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments, particularly SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Entra ID.
• Ability to analyse product sustainability data and clearly communicate LCA, EPD, or carbon footprint results to users and customers.
• Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective user support and training in English.
