Full Time Key Account Specialist (Sales) | Fresh Graduates Welcome | Up to SGD 4,500 Jobs, in Beecruit Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Location: Singapore

Salary: SGD 3,500–4,500 per month

We are partnering with an established manufacturing organisation to recruit a Key Account Specialist for its commercial team.

The successful candidate will manage assigned customer accounts, support revenue growth and coordinate customer requirements across regional manufacturing operations. The role offers exposure to B2B account management, commercial activities and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage assigned customer accounts as the primary commercial point of contact.
• Develop customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth, new programs and product expansion.
• Prepare quotations and commercial submissions, and support business proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on customer requirements and feasibility discussions.
• Support Key Account Managers in managing larger strategic accounts.
• Coordinate customer activities across manufacturing sites in Singapore, Malaysia and China.
• Monitor customer issues and corrective actions, and support sales forecasts, account reporting and reviews.

Candidate requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, organisational and follow-up skills.
• A customer-focused approach, sound problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant internship experience in sales, engineering or manufacturing will be an advantage.
