: Drive guest satisfaction and handle service breakdowns tactfully.
Station Oversight
: Supervise floor stations and propose operational enhancements to the Store Manager.
Team Supervision
: Train, mentor, and direct frontline service crew during shifts.
Rostering & Briefings
: Conduct daily roll calls, manage seating/floor flow, and maintain staff rosters.
Shift Staffing
: Monitor real-time staffing levels to ensure smooth service coverage.
Stock & Supplies
: Conduct inventory audits and manage stock replenishment orders.
Asset Readiness
: Inspect store facilities and equipment daily for safety and maintenance needs.
Hiring Support
: Screen, interview, and assess candidate profiles for junior store roles.
People Relations
: Handle staff counseling, performance feedback, and disciplinary escalations.
Requirement
At least 4 years of progressive managerial track record in fast-paced F&B environments.
Natural communicator with high emotional intelligence (EQ), capable of cultivating memorable guest experiences.
Highly organized manager with strong problem-solving acumen and end-to-end operational execution skills.
